Surroundings:

The detached 6-person house with three bedrooms is located in the green heart of Germany in Kirchheim, in the federal state of Hesse. The holiday home is located on the edge of the holiday park "Seepark Kirchheim" in the Knüll Mountains with a view over the Ibrastausee. In the area you will find a landscape with mountains and forests and many places with old half-timbered houses.

The House:

The house is divided and furnished as follows: entrance hall, living room with two sofas and a fireplace, TV and a spacious dining area with six chairs. From the living room you reach the mezzanine via a staircase with five steps. On the mezzanine floor is a double bedroom, a toilet with washbasin, a shower with washbasin and second toilet and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, fridge with freezer, combi oven, dishwasher, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), kettle, toaster and washing machine. Via a staircase from the mezzanine you reach the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a sink and an access door to the balcony. From here you have a view over the lake. The house has a PVC floor. All bedrooms are equipped with single beds with Emma mattresses. Bed linen can be booked for a fee. You can use WiFi for free. The playground next to our house was completely renovated in mid-2022. The whole house is at your disposal. Next to our house is a spacious private parking space for two passenger cars. You get the key from the administrator. His phone number will be displayed after your booking with check-in instructions.

Babies and small children are welcome. However, there is no baby cot and no special measures have been taken in the house such as stair gates and safe sockets. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house.
